Dupe Ajayi
Dupé O. Ajayi believes in the power of communications for good; that has and will continue to be a throughline of her practice.
She honed her skills as a storyteller and marketer in various capacities at Warner Records, ABC News, MTV, and BET. She also was a consultant to corporate, nonprofit, and governmental agencies including the Brooklyn Public Library, Bank of America, The City of New York, Target, Ross Initiative in Sports for Equality, Starbucks, Mary J. Blige, and Rent the Runway's Project Entrepreneur.
Part of the founding team, Dupé most recently served as strategist handled Intersectional Marketing and Partnerships for The Shed, a multidisciplinary arts center which commissions, produces, and presents a wide range of activities in performing and visual arts as well as pop culture for all audiences.
She's a Nigerian American who grew up in Brooklyn, NY. She loves to run, do yoga, meditate, and take in art of all kinds. She is also known to recall random facts, make the best of challenging situations, read up on how to be a part of and build strong teams and is obsessed with dogs and hot air balloons.
