Dorothy Walter
Dorothy Walter is CFO at Alpine Investors, a $6.0 billion NYC/SF-based private equity firm investing in services and software companies nationwide. Ms. Walter previously worked in financial operations at Apple, Inc. where she collaborated with creative professionals to bring in-person creative education to Apple's customers. Prior to Apple, she was a real estate private equity investor at Metropolitan Real Estate (The Carlyle Group).
Ms. Walter has always been passionate about the intersection of art and business. She has a BA from Vassar College in Art History and Economics and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She uses her knowledge to support artists and ensure their work is financially viable and has a lasting and far-reaching impact.
