Clarissa Redwine

Clarissa Redwine explores community-driven progress. As an NYU fellow, she's exploring open source hardware and producing the oral history of Kickstarter United, the first modern wall to wall tech union in US history. She is a core collaborator in Collective Action in Tech, a platform for tech workers organizing for change and co authored a guide to organizing against white supremacy in the workplace. On the steering committee for Tech Workers Coalition, she supports the growing tech labor movement and advocates for worker-driven progress in the industry. Redwine is interested in how communities empower creators and explored this concept in Solidarity Onboarding, a campaign to encourage collective action and create modern education materials for labor rights.
