Alexander Shermansong
Alexander Shermansong worked with scores of mayors, governors, and tech innovators on smart cities; plus he’s an angel investor and an elected garbage commissioner. Shermansong is the Chief Product Technology Officer for Planet Smart City, a real estate firm that builds and operates smart affordable communities in emerging markets. Prior, he was the CEO of Civic Consulting USA, where he managed engagements with mayors across the country and advised hundreds of tech companies on public policy. His work was cited by Harvard University as one of the most innovative in the US. The White House selected his firm as a strategic partner for urban economic development. Today Shermansong serves on the editorial board of Propmodo and the faculty of New York University.
