Mary Rinaldi
Mary Rinaldi is a NYC-based experience and product advisor helping solo entrepreneurs, start-ups and other organizations center their marketing and product strategy in user research, analysis and contextual thinking. She also writes PSST, a weekly newsletter about building power and agency at work. She co-founded Simone in 2018 (shuttered in 2020) to help employees, especially women, reclaim their agency at work and build financial, emotional and structural power in the workplace. Prior to that, she led a product team at both Say and Oppenheimer Funds, and led financial product development teams at UBS and Man Investments.
