Ulrik Hogrebe

Ulrik Hogrebe is a design director and interaction designer by day and Futurist by night—teaching Future Casting at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design— leading courses in critical and design-centric approaches to technology and the future while centering subjects such as queer experiences, environmental factors, racism and sustainability as part of equipping designers to expand the discourse on what our world could and should look like.

In his day job, he has spent his career bouncing between in-house teams and agencies; having previously worked as a Group Creative Director at R/GA, a Design Director at WeWork, the Head of Interaction Design at the storied design agency frog—and before moving to New York, as the Creative Director for BBC News and the World Service in London, to name a few.
