Rachel Ropeik
Rachel is an educator, facilitator, adventurer, experience builder, and pirate who brings strategic, playful, and progressive approaches to catalyzing change in arts and culture. She shares her skills with clients independently in a practice that includes change management facilitation, professional development, creative thought partnership, career coaching, and more.
Rachel creates spaces where people can feel comfortable and inspired. She centers equity and experimentation and is known as an empathetic listener, an adaptive leader, and a people-oriented direct communicator.
Before going independent, Rachel’s arts education career spanned art museums from Aspen, Colorado to New York City to London (including the Aspen Art Museum, the Guggenheim, Brooklyn Museum, MoMA, the Met, the Courtauld Gallery, and Dulwich Picture Gallery), as well as international educational travel companies and historic houses.
More than anything, her greatest goal is for people to leave an experience she’s designed or facilitated with a sense of surprise.
