Ninad Pandit
Ninad Pandit is an architect, urban planner and historian. Through narratives and designs, he is committed to developing and supporting the role of storytelling in popularizing ideas and products. As a historian and a teacher, he works with artists, engineers and architects at the Cooper Union, and has worked on oral history research projects for global institutions like the World Bank. At NEW INC, Ninad is interested in working with members on projects that intersect with urban space, where problems of sociology, politics, history and economics intersect in interesting and challenging ways. A keen student of art and design history, he is also interested in understanding the long historical traditions that undergird contemporary creative practices through texts and archives.
