Akanksha Vyas
Akanksha Vyas is currently the technology lead for the Video Services team at IDfy - building a video KYC / onboarding product. She is also visiting faculty at the NMIMS Design School and Director at her local Women Who Code chapter. Vyas has been working in technology for over 10 years, primarily at small startups, with expertise in medical 3D-printing, ML applications, and Smart Contacts on the Blockchain. She loves building things, and specialises in building products from scratch with limited resources. In 2016 Vyas founded a health-tech company (Fited) that built 3D printed medical braces - here she led the technology and design teams. Vyas is passionate about the intersection of technology, art, and stories, and loves to solve challenging problems that will make our future more liveable. In her free time she works at a bookshop, where she curates the children's collection.
