Celeste Layne
Celeste Layne is an urban planner by training — software engineer by profession having previously worked at Paddle8 and Knotel. She is one of the founding members of the NYC Chapter for Architechie — a community of professionals working at the intersection of architecture and technology. She is also on the team at AWSM, an impact-oriented, venture development organization focused on empowering diverse founders & investors designing startups for the future. As an educator, Layne has developed curricula for General Assembly’s Software Engineering Immersive. She is currently leading courses in public interest technology and human computer interaction as an adjunct professor at Columbia University.
