Member Enrollment
Welcome! In order to officially confirm your participation in the NEW INC program, please complete all three steps of this Member Enrollment process by the deadline in the offer email you received. If you have any questions or issues, simply send a reply to your offer email.
Step 1
Member Agreement
Every Member of NEW INC must sign the Member Agreement. The Member Agreement covers the benefits and obligations of participation in the NEW INC program. Detailed within are the official membership offer and payment terms, details about participation expectations and grounds for termination, space and equipment usage, and our Harassment Free Environment Policy.
Note: Returning members, this is different from previous years where we had a team agreement.
Step 2
Member Information
Every team member needs to complete this form, and will need to be prepared with: A bio and/or description of your business, a headshot or team photo, a passport style photo for your member ID, a hi-res image representing your creative practice that NEW INC / New Museum can use at any time for press, social or web, and some basic details about your business/professional practice.
Step 3
Payments
The annual subsidized cost of a NEW INC Incubator Membership is $600 per person. You have the option to pay your member fees up-front, or monthly. In order to complete enrollment, you need to pay your $150 One-Time Set-up Fee and $50 Refundable Deposit now. You have until August 20, 2020 to enroll in monthly payments or pay for your annual fee up-front.
Teams: One-Time Set-up Fees, Refundable Deposit and Membership Payment can be paid individually or as a team. There will be a form at checkout to indicate whose membership is being paid.
To proceed with Step 3 of your Member Enrollment, please select if you’d like to make monthly payments, or a single up-front payment:
12 payments @ $50 / month per person
Single up-front payment of $600 per person
Pay Monthly
This is a two-step process. First, you will pay your Refundable Deposit and One-Time Set-Up Fee to complete your Member Enrollment. Second, you should return to this page to enroll in Monthly Payments either now, or no later than August 20, 2020. Monthly payments are made via an automatic recurring charge to a credit or debit card.

1. Pay Refundable Deposit & One-Time Set-Up Fee (Required to complete Member Enrollment)
If paying as a team: Please make sure to pay refundable deposit and set-up fee for each team member. For example, if you are a team of two, please add two refundable deposits and two set-up fees to your cart before checking out.
After you’ve added your items to cart, click the “Go to Checkout” button to checkout. You will have to return to this page to enroll in Monthly Payments.
2. Enroll in Monthly Payments
You can enroll in monthly payments now, or by August 20.
When you enroll in automatic monthly payments, you will be charged immediately for your September payment.
**NOTE: Throughout checkout and when you get your payment receipt there will be some messaging that says you will be charged again in 30 days, please disregard. The NEW INC team will manually edit your payment subscription schedule so that you are not charged again until October 1.
Pay for your membership up-front.
Your Member Enrollment will not be complete until you pay your one-time set-up fee and refundable deposit. You have the option to pay your annual member fee now, or no later than August 20, 2020.
